Ni la kampungku, Terengganu Darul Iman. Antara tempat menarik yg aku most rekemeng ialah masjid terapung kuala ibai. Tp sebelum tu beli dulu keropok lekor kat tepi jalan sebelum masuk kawasan masjid tu. Sambil makang kepok leko sambil hirup udara laut china selatan yg segar serta menikmati keindahan masjid, tasik dan taman sekelilingnya. Rasa nok mari sokmo sining...guane gamok??

Masjid terapung ini sebenarnya diberi nama Masjid Tengku Tengah Zaharah sempena nama bonda Al-Marhum Sultan Terengganu , Al-Marhum Sultan Mahmud terletak kira-kira 7 km dari bandar Kuala Terengganu, mempunyai keindahan dan keunikan tersendiri berbanding dengan masjid lain dibina di atas air di muara Sungai Ibai yang sekaligus menjadikan masjid terapung yang terulung di Malaysia.

Masjid yang mula dibina pada September 1991 dan siap pertengahan Januari 1994 bernilai RM6.997 juta yang dikendalikan oleh Jabatan Kerja Raya direkabentuk oleh Dato' Raja Kamarul Bahrin Shah Raja Ahmad, dari Seni Bahri dengan menampilkan ciri-ciri tamadun Islam dan gabungan senibina tempatan.

Keluasan 1,372 meter persegi dan menara setinggi 30 meter, sebuah kubah besar dan lima wakaf serta di kelilingi air sedalam 1.5 meter ini mampu menampung jemaah sehingga 1,000 orang yang menempatkan dewan solat lelaki di bahagian bawah manakala wanita di bahagian atas.

Masjid yang telah dirasmikan oleh Al-Marhum Sultan Terengganu, Sultan Mahmud ini menyediakan kemudahan lain seperti bilik diraja, mini perpustakaan, bilik dan pejabat imam, stor dan tempat wuduk serta kawasan letak kereta yang boleh menampung lebih 400 kenderaan.

Dengan gabungan hiaan taman, warna langit yang membiru, kilauan cahaya mentari dari permukaan air yang mengelilingi masjid itu serta tiupan angin dari Laut China Selatan , pastinya ia menjadi masjid yang paling nyaman dan mendamaikan memberi erti betapa keagungan syiar Islam terangkum dalam suatu bentuk tamadun yang terus berkembang.

Bahan-Bahan Untuk Membuat Kuah Nasi Dagang Terengganu

1 Ekor Ikan Tongkol(dikukus)
1 Mangkuk Santan
2 Sudu Besar Rempah
10 Ulas Bawang Merah}
1 Ulas Bawang Putih }
½ Inci Halia } Dikisar
½ Inci Lengkuas }
3 Keping Asam
5 Sudu Besar Cili Giling
Sedikit Cili Padi Garam,
Manisan(Gula Melaka) Secukup Rasa

Cara-cara Membuat Nasi Dagang:

Beras dan beras pulut yang telah direndam selama 6 jam ditoskan dan kemudian dikukus selama 1/2 jam.Angkat dan masukkan santan cair serta digaul rata dan dikukus sekali lagi hingga masak.Angkat dan masukkan santan pekat,alba,bawang merah,halia dan garam secukup rasa.Bahan-bahan ini kemudiannya digaul rata.Nasi Dagang Terengganu sudah siap dimasak dan sedia dimakan.

Cara-cara Membuat Kuah Nasi Dagang Terengganu:

Kacau santan hingga mendidih.Kemudian masukkan cili giling,bahan-bahan yang dikisar,rempah dan asam keping.Kemudian,masukkan ikan yang telah dikukus serta cili padi.Biarkan ia mendidih dengan api yang perlahan.Kemudian,masukkan garam,perasa Ajinomoto dan manisan secukup rasa.Biarkan kuah itu menjadi agak pekat.Kemudian,kuah sedia dimakan bersama-sama dengan Nasi Dagang Terengganu.

Tambahan:
1.Lebih menyelerakan dimakan bersama dengan acar timun 2.Bagi mereka yang tidak makan ikan tongkol,mereka boleh menggantikan ikan kembung 3.Gulai ayam dan gulai daging juga boleh dimakan bersama-sama dengan Nasi Dagang Terengganu
